The UPAM Constitutive Act solemnises the declaration by Africa’s leaders to uphold the ideals of the founding fathers of the OAU and AU and generations of Pan-Africanists on the continent and the diaspora to promote unity, solidarity, cohesion and cooperation among the peoples of Africa and African States.

Purpose and Powers

 UPAM purpose is to broaden the principle of universal democracy in Africa and its communities.

UPAM is a transnational, non-political, non-discriminatory and multidisciplinary organization whose objective is to foster the development and unity of Africa to economically empower all residents of African origin.

UPAM creates economical, socio-cultural, political and the technological transparency. Thus, can be achieved by creating awareness and participation of the African countries repelling the stereotypical aspects of opponents, parties that conceive different ideologies.

UPAM stands for the equal rights all citizens in the atmosphere of freedom. The United Pan Africanist Movement is a continental evolution and an all-African community, seeking to enhance the unity of the African nations and reclaiming its hope for the destined future.

UPAM functions as unitary state, the central executive committee commonly delegates authority to subnational units and channels to the various chapter’s decisions down to them for implementation. A majority implementation of the unitary systems. They vary greatly.

Our vision is to create a pan-African federation, where all African states unite and become economically self-sustainable, progress a continental Free Trade, political and socioeconomical development of Africa. With the continuous battle of neo-colonialism in this current age, the United Pan-Africanist Movement aims for a reconciliation of African states, which can allow the nation to transform and reach a point of true solidarity, self-government, political and socioeconomical independence. Furthermore, we endeavor to promote security, stability, peace and justice within the union of Africa.

Mission.

Our mission is to secure civil and political rights for African people, promote friendly relations among African people, encourage African people in education, industrial and entrepreneurship, partner with AU and local governments to establish Free Trade and open boarders, making Africa economically self- sustainable, lobby governments on behalf of the African peoples and ameliorate conditions of black people in Africa, America, Asia, Europe, Caribbean and other States as well encourage and strengthen bonds of solidarity between all indigenous and diaspora ethnic groups of African descent and a possible unification of African states for independence and economic prosperity
